PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seat equipped with an airbag module for positioning a mounting member to mount a webbing on a seat back frame in a vertical direction with respect to the seat back frame side.SOLUTION: A seat S equipped with an airbag module 6 includes: a side frame 10 which has a substantially flat-plate like side plate section extending along a side section of the seat S and an edge section made by bending an end in the seat longitudinal direction of the side plate section; an airbag module 6 mounted on the side frame 10; a trim cover 4 of the seat S; and a webbing 32 mounted on the trim cover 4. The webbing 32 has a connection section 55 connected to one end of the webbing 32 and is connected to a mounting member 50 for connecting the webbing 32 and the side frame 10. The seat S further includes a position regulation section 12a which is formed of a hole engaged with a projection provided in one of the side plate section of the side frame 10 and the mounting member 50 and a projection provided on the other of the side plate section of the side frame 10 and the mounting member 50 so as to regulate the movement of the mounting member along the vertical direction of the side frame 10.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
