PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oil-in-water type emulsion composition having a high UV prevention effect and having sweat resistance and water resistance while keeping these effects even in a severe environment in summer and also having good usability.SOLUTION: The oil-in-water type emulsion composition comprises (a) a polyglycerol fatty acid ester, (b) an anionic surfactant, (c) an oil-soluble filming agent, (d) a UV absorbent that absorbs UV rays in an A region, (e) a UV absorbent that absorbs UV rays in a B region, and (f) particulate metal oxide. |
