PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress a peak value of radiation noise.SOLUTION: A power-supply device (301) includes: a plurality kinds of piezoelectric transformers (304 and 306) in which a step-up ratio changes according to a driving frequency; a plurality of oscillators (440) generating clock signals; a plurality of AC signal generating sections (206) generating AC signals having different frequencies from one another by using the clock signals generated by each of the oscillators; a plurality of primary-side circuits (303) applying AC voltages of the frequencies of the AC signals to each of the primary sides of the piezoelectric transformers; and a plurality of secondary-side circuits (305) connected to the secondary-sides of each of the piezoelectric transformers and applying high voltages to each of loads (3101 and 3103). The AC signal generating sections receive the clock signals having different frequencies from one another and control secondary-side output voltages of the piezoelectric transformers. |
