PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lift frame unit which can reduce the frequency of an operation for fixing the frame unit to a building construction and work for releasing the fixation to the building construction while the frame unit is a short-length screw rod.SOLUTION: A lift frame unit 100 has: an inner connector 40 for connecting a support frame 10 and an inner frame 20 so as to be separable; an outer connector 50 for connecting the support frame 10 and an outer frame 30 so as to be separable; and a ball screw 61 for connecting the inner frame 20 and the outer frame 30 so as to be movable. The lift frame unit descends the outer frame 30 by repeating the lift of the inner frame 20 in a state that the support frame 10 is anchored to a building construction 200, and descends the support frame 10 by repeating the lift of the inner frame 20 in a state that the outer frame 30 is anchored to the building construction 200. |
