PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To immediately reflect a learned route selecting propensity for route re-retrieval to a destination even at the time of deviation from a recommended route. SOLUTION: When a vehicle is deviated from a recommended route, a traffic jam degree in a recommended rote direction provided by a traffic jam information acquiring part 17 is compared with a traffic jam degree in an advancing direction of the vehicle by an analyzing part 19. When the traffic jam degree in the advancing direction of the vehicle is smaller, a traffic jam avoiding index expressing a propensity to avoid a traffic jam is updated, and, when both area equal, or when the traffic jam degree in the degree in the advancing direction of the vehicle is larger, an avoiding index expressing an avoiding propensity in the recommended route direction is updated in a route selecting index storing part 21. A route retrieving part 7 carrys out route retrieval after this based on the updated traffic jam avoiding index and the avoiding index in the recommended route direction. |
