<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To economically and efficiently treat a waste liquid containing powdery flowing chips by recovering the waste liquid containing the powdery flowing chips generated by pulverizing glass beads by a recovering mechanism, and separating this waste liquid into liquid and the powdery flowing chips through a separating mechanism. SOLUTION: A waste liquid containing powdery flowing chips generated at cleaning time is sent to a centrifugal separator 300 constituting a separating mechanism 28 by a liquid injection means constituting a recovering mechanism 26. The centrifugal separator 300 is provided with a sludge discharge port 302 for discharging the powdery flowing chips being the separated solid part and a liquid discharge port 304 for discharging water being a separated liquid, and a sludge recovering box 306 is arranged under the sludge discharge port 302 to thereby discharge the powdery flowing chips to the sludge recovering box 306 from the sludge discharge port 302. While, water containing the powdery flowing chips is discharged to a first waste pipe 326 from the liquid discharge port 304. Thus, the waste liquid is easily and reliably separated for reuse.</p> |
