<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a module unit carrier device, wherein the necessity of its installing in a plant is eliminated, and miniaturization is allowed. SOLUTION: An arm 13 is provided in the base main body 12 of a module unit carrier device 1, and in the extended portion of the arm 13, a grip 17 for gripping a dash module unit and a positioning device 18 for deciding gripping position of the grip 17 are provided. The base main body 12 is composed of a moving body 52 having wheel casters 51,..., and a carrier 53. The carrier 53 is supported by bellows units 54,..., provided in the four corners of the moving body 52. Each bellows unit 54 is composed of a bellows elongated/contracted according a supplied air pressure and a stopper provided in the center of the bellows, and its elongating width is regulated.</p> |
