PURPOSE: A method of displaying on-screen menus in a digital television receiver is provided to move a menu display position to a position a user wants easily and precisely. CONSTITUTION: When there is a click input from the pointing device(202) while the cursor of a pointing device of a digital television receiver is being placed on a menu region displayed on a screen, it is checked whether or not the cursor is moved(204). In the case where the cursor is moved, the click input from the pointing device is waited and, when there is another click input from the pointing device(206), the menu position is changed into the position of the cursor when another click is inputted(208).
