PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile terminal device and an imaging unit that can pick up excellent images free of deterioration in quality independently from a plurality of different directions. SOLUTION: Provided are a light guide member having a plurality of photographic windows 28 for individually receiving photographic incident lights incident from the plurality of different directions and a plurality of optical paths 27 for individually guiding the photographic incident lights taken in from the photographic windows 28, a plurality of optical lenses which are arranged on the optical paths 27 respectively, and an imaging element which individually images the photographic incident lights obtained through the respective optical lenses.
