PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a capacitor that is high in insulation property and reliability. SOLUTION: In this capacitor, internal electrodes 3 formed by applying and baking conductor paste are interposed between adjacent dielectric layers 2 in a laminate 1 constituted by laminating a plurality of dielectric layers 2 upon another. First annular projecting sections 8 are formed along the outer peripheral sections of the internal electrodes 3 on one principal surface sides of the electrodes 3.
