PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a high temperature superconducting device in which inductance is reduced at a bridge while keeping high Jcof Josephson junction. SOLUTION: One electrode constituting at least a ramp edge joint has a two-layer structure of a first electrode layer 5 for defining dimensions of the joint, and a second electrode layer 6 wider than the first electrode layer 5. The first electrode layer 5 and the second electrode layer 6 touch each other at least a part thereof and they are arranged through an insulation layer 7 at other parts. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
