PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooling device capable of efficiently cooling a cooled article without transmitting vibration resulting from a refrigerator in the cooling device using the refrigerator having a mechanism for performing a reciprocating motion therein such as a Stirling cycle refrigerator. SOLUTION: This cooling device comprises the refrigerator 1 having a heat absorbing part 5 at the top part, a suspension unit 50 suspending the refrigerator 1, a flexible wall body 10 disposed so as to surround the heat absorbing part 5 and forming a heat conductive fluid chamber 7 holding a heat conductive fluid in the clearance thereof from the heat absorbing part 5, and a cooling block 8 disposed so as to close the heat conductive fluid chamber 7 and having a heat conductive part 8a in contact with the heat conductive fluid held in the heat conductive fluid chamber 7.
