PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seal structure for a pipe connecting part capable of preventing an adhered foreign material from being caught between a seal member and a pipe even in the case wherein a foreign material such as a chip and dust is adhered to a fitting surface on a pipe side and capable of securing excellent seal performance with the seal member. SOLUTION: In the seal structure for a pipe connecting part for sealing a clearance between an inner cylinder part 18 and a resin pipe 20 inserted into the inner cylinder part 18 in the axial direction for external fitting, the seal member 40 has a seal main body part 44 and a scraping part 46-1 formed thinner than the seal main body part 44 and to be elastically brought in contact with the inner peripheral surface of the resin pipe 20 when inserting the resin pipe 20 in a position on a side, in which the resin pipe 20 is inserted, rather than the seal main body part 44 to scrape the adhered foreign material for elimination.
