PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat sink with fan which is configured with a saved space and carries out efficient cooling. SOLUTION: In the heat sink with fan, a heat pipe 2 is provided substantially perpendicular to the surface of a base 8, a plurality of fins 3 are provided on the heat pipe 2 with a predetermined interval so as to transmit and receive heat, and an air blowing fan 5 for supplying cold air to each of gaps 4 between the fins 3 are provided on the surface end of the fins 3. In this heat sink, the fins 3 are shifted to a direction opposite to a direction toward the air blowing fans 5 from the surface center of the base section 8, the air blowing fans 5 are provided on the side opposite to the direction of shifting the fins 3 and on the base 8, the heat pipe 2 is provided closer to the blowing fan 5 with respect to the center in the surface direction of the fins 3, and the plurality of air blowing fans 5 are provided on one end 3A of the fins 3.
