PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transmission controller for a working vehicle loaded with a toroidal-type transmission capable of making output distribution of an engine proper by corresponding to power load while utilizing highly efficient transmission characteristic and wide work running capability by a toroidal gear shift mechanism to improve efficiency and reduce fuel consumption. SOLUTION: This transmission controller for the working vehicle loaded with the toroidal-type transmission is provided with control parts 61a, 61b for selecting and applying fixed torque control for controlling to output rotation corresponding to rotational speed of the engine by operator setting and fixed ratio control for controlling to output rotation corresponding to a gear shift lever position by operator operation by controlling a transmission ratio of a continuously variable speed change transmission mechanism. The control parts 61a, 61b control by switching a predetermined scope in which power load received by the engine is low load to fixed ratio control and a scope of high load exceeding it to fixed torque control.
