PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for efficiently manufacturing mono-dispersed resin particles which have an average particle diameter of <30 nm and besides are uniform in the particle diameters, and a dispersion in which the nano particles prepared by this method are dispersed. SOLUTION: The dispersion of the nano resin particles is provided, in which the nano resin particles have an average particle diameter of <30 nm, a sphericity of≤5 nm, a content of≤10% as to the particles within the range of≥50 nm and <80 nm, and a content of≤1% as to the particles of≥80 nm. This nano resin is obtained in the state that the nano resin particles having the average particle diameter of <30 nm are dispersed in the dispersion, by under agitation dropping, into an aqueous reaction medium that contains a water-soluble polymerization initiator and≥3 pts.wt. of an emulsifier based on 100 pts.wt. of a polymerizable monomer to be dropped and polymerized, the polymerizable monomer having therein dissolved an emulsifier.
