PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new bipolar organic compound excellent in heat resistance, and to provide a light emitting element and electronic equipments, low in drive voltage, little in power consumption, excellent in heat resistance and having long life. SOLUTION: The quinoxaline derivative represented by general formula (1) is provided.
