PURPOSE: A radiation sensitive resin composition, a partition wall for an organic electroluminescent display device using thereof and a formation method thereof are provided to secure the high resistance to a resist releasing solution and the proper resolution. CONSTITUTION: A radiation sensitive resin composition contains the following: unsaturated carboxylic acid or unsaturated carbonic anhydride; an alkali soluble resin formed by copolymerizing a monomer containing a compound selected from the group consisting of a phenol skeleton containing unsaturated compound marked with chemical formula 1, a compound marked with chemical formula 2, and a compound marked with chemical formula 3; a 1,2-quinonediazide compound; and a thermo chromic pigment. |
