摘要 <p>A device for emitting ultra-violet rays having a variable focus length and a pattern electrode bonding device having the same are provided to reduce a tack time and to enhance productivity by eliminating a movement of an ultraviolet irradiation unit. An ultraviolet irradiation unit(210) is formed a front or rear glass substrate of a PDP or an LCD. The ultraviolet irradiation unit has a variable focus lengths to bond a pattern electrode part having a first alignment mark and an electrode tap of an FPC(Flexible Printed Circuit) board having a second alignment mark. An alignment camera is used for identifying aligning states of the first and second alignment marks. An actuator controls a horizontal movement of the alignment camera. The ultraviolet irradiation unit includes an ultraviolet lamp(220), a reflective device(224) formed at the outside of the ultraviolet lamp, an optical lens(240) for changing a focus length of the reflected ultraviolet ray to a desired focus length, a frame(260) for receiving the optical lens, and a shutter formed at an upper part of the optical lens.</p>
