A multi-functional air cleaner having a sterilization, a dust collection and a humidification function is provided to remove dust particles by collecting the dust particles in the air to a solution. A multi-functional air cleaner having a sterilization, a dust collection and a humidification function comprises the followings: an indoor air inlet(10) inhaling external air and installed on an upper part; a sterilization and dust collecting unit(20) storing a germicide solution cleansing the inhaled air; a purified air outlet(30) including moisture and exhausting the air in which the harmful germ and dust are removed; and a water outlet(40) discharging the germicide solution.
