A system for adjusting a digital image processing device and a thereof method are provided to shorten an adjusting time by enabling a user to confirm each state of a digital image processing device in real time under the control from a controlling device connected to the digital image processing device through a connecting unit. A controlling device(201) transmits controlling execution files, which comprise the combinations of commands for controlling a digital image processing device(203), to an embedded memory of the digital processing device, and analyzes the digital image processing device by receiving controlling execution result files from the digital image processing device. A connection unit(205) connects the controlling device to the digital image processing device, and a measurer(207) provides a chart for checking the digital image processing device.
