A core voltage driver is provided to generate a stable core voltage by controlling the number of internal bias drivers according to a size of an external power voltage. A voltage detector(35) detects a size of an external power voltage. A first core voltage generating driver(25A) is operated while the external power voltage detected in the voltage detector is in a high level. A second core voltage generating driver(25B) is operated while the external power voltage detected in the voltage detector is in a low level. The first core voltage generating driver is always operated regardless of outputs of the voltage detector.
