A precision layer composite material manufacturing system is provided to improve the effectiveness of task and prevent the damage of the base material by controlling the tension during the initial setting or the soldering process of the base material. A precision layer composite material manufacturing system comprises housing(11) including a first chamber(15), a second chamber(17) and a connection pathway(19); a pump maintaining the first chamber to be a first degree of vacuum and the second chamber to be a second degree of vacuum; an un-winder(31) fixing the welded two base materials(101,103); a plasma processing unit(50) performing toward two side of two base materials which are faced each other; and a low pressure rolling unit(60) and a winder(39).
