A vibration measuring part(100) drops battery cell at a predetermined height. A residual impact measuring unit(200) measures the transformational quantity of the battery cell by the cup impact. A stress measuring unit(300) measures the amount of deformation of the battery cell stress. A displacement measurement unit(400) measures the amount of deformation of the battery cell displacement. A vibration measurement unit measures the amount of deformation of the vibration state. A central control unit(600) displays and analyzes measured information after storing the information in database. A dropping unit(110) includes a removable member(112). A shaft fixes the dropping part at the predetermined height.
