摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic component structure in which freedom in design is enhanced while maintaining functions such as weight, space, and heat radiation, and its manufacturing method. <P>SOLUTION: A rear combination lamp 1 is constructed of an LED circuit body 10 in which seven LED chips 11 are installed at nearly equal intervals on a flat cable 20 consisting of two pieces of conductors 21 arranged with a given interval in a cable width direction and a non-conductive laminate sheet 22 to cover two pieces of conductors 21 integrally in flat plate shape, and a base structure 40 which consists of at least two sheets or more of base plates 41 arranged at opposing positions with an appropriate spacing and LED support members 43, 44 which are arranged between the adjoining base plates 41 and have at least one insertion hole 45 to allow insertion fitment of the LED chip 11, and by inserting the LED chips 11 in the insertion holes 45, the LED circuit body 10 is installed on the base structure 40 to constitute the rear combination lamp. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
