<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sintered compact production device, when a production function is improved, e.g., upon the improvement of magnetic properties of a magnet, evaporated elements can be efficiently recovered. <P>SOLUTION: The sintered compact production device 1 comprises: a vacuum chamber 12 having an evacuation means 11; a sintered compact case 2 storing a primarily sintered compact S obtained by liquid phase sintering; and a heating means 3 capable of heating the sintered compact case. Then, the heating means is operated to heat the primarily sintered compact at a temperature lower than the sintering temperature in a vacuum atmosphere, thus elements having high vapor pressure in liquid phase components are preferentially evaporated to reduce or extinguish the volume ratio of the liquid phase.
