<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain output of a sufficient level by preventing amplitude deficiency due to insufficient fall at a low level and insufficient raise at a high level when forming a level shifter comprising transistors of a single conductivity type and using a bootstrap effect. <P>SOLUTION: The transistor Tr312 and transistor Tr315 comprise back gates BG.
