<p>PURPOSE: A torque sensor assembly is provided to secure the performance of a torque sensor by stably maintaining the sensor concentricity and forming the torque sensor into a rotation-preventive structure. CONSTITUTION: A sensor body(1), a magnetic sensor(2), a printed circuit board terminal(3), a clip(4), and a concentric terminal(5) are prepared. The sensor body is combined with a column housing in which a worm wheel is contained. The worm wheel rotates based on the power of a motor. The magnetic sensor surrounds the sensor body. The clip is protruded from the sensor body and inserted into the inner diameter of the column housing. The concentric terminal is closed adhered to the internal side of the column housing.</p> |
