摘要 A process comprises performing a series of measurements of at least one physiological parameter, in particular a blood value, such as, e.g., blood sugar, on a patient, wherein samples (S) are taken from the patient at discrete measuring times (n), with the measurements being performed on those samples. A recommendation (DS) for a dosage of an active ingredient to be administered to the patient until the next measuring time is determined from the measurements, for which purpose a dosage proposal algorithm incorporating the at least one measured physiological parameter is applied. As a result, it is possible to adjust at least one physiological parameter of the patient to a target range or keep it in the target range, respectively. The dosage proposal algorithm is configured such that the next measuring time (n+ 1, (n+1)', (n+1)") is determined in consideration of measurement exclusion time windows (EX) and is optionally reported to the person in charge.
