PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device and a method for supplying a carton where the opening of a sleeve-shaped carton can be surely started when a vacuum suction part drags out the sleeve-shaped carton from a hopper.SOLUTION: A device for supplying a carton comprising a hopper (20) stacking sleeve-shaped cartons (1) and a vacuum suction part (50) dragging out the sleeve-shaped carton (1) from the hopper (20) includes means (24a, 24b) where a force is applied so that two folding lines (3a, 3c) being folded to the acute angle of the sleeve-shaped cartons (1) and facing each other are adjacent to each other when the vacuum suction part (50) drags out the sleeve-shaped carton (1) from the hopper (20).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
