The present invention relates to a touch panel device and a location detecting method in the touch panel device. The touch panel device comprises: a first electrode substrate having a first conductive film; a second electrode substrate having a second conductive film; first, second, third, and fourth power supply terminals installed in four edges of the second conductive film, respectively; and a controller. Therefore, the touch panel device can detect gesture manipulation due to multi-touches. |
