Disclosed are a method for analyzing the state of a vehicle, an apparatus for collecting vehicle information to realize the same, and a smart device. Herein, the method for analyzing the state of a vehicle comprises: a step of allowing a vehicle state analyzing device to collect the moving direction information and steering angle information of a vehicle from an on board diagnosis (OBD) -II module in the vehicle; and a step of determining whether the difference between the moving direction and the steering angle of the vehicle exceeds a preset threshold by comparing the moving direction information with the steering angle information of the vehicle, thereby determining whether a wheel alignment maintenance time is reached.
