The present invention relates to a composition for diagnosing and treating cancer using a leucine zipper pair (ZR/ZE). More particularly, the present invention relates to a composition comprising: a fused protein including an antibody specific to a cancer cell surface acceptor fused with ZR peptide; and nanoemulsion including particles having ZE peptide fixed to the surface thereof and containing genes or a drug for treating cancer therein. The composition according to the present invention can detect a specific cancer cell only by using a fused protein including an antibody specific to a cancer cell surface acceptor fused with ZR peptide, and can deliver a therapeutic material only to a specific cancer cell through ZR/ZR leucine zipper pairing of the fused protein and the particles having ZE peptide fixed to the surface. In addition, a fluorescent material may be fixed to the fused protein or particles to allow multi-image analysis. Thus, the composition can be useful for developing an agent for diagnosing and treating cancer diseases, such as breast cancer, liver cancer, pancreatic cancer, brain cancer, stomach cancer, esophageal cancer, colorectal cancer, prostate cancer, renal cancer, ovarian cancer, or the like. |
