PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce CPU load.SOLUTION: A semiconductor integrated circuit includes a DMA controller, a memory controller, an arithmetic processing section, and a control integration section. The DMA controller controls data transfer to a memory, to control transfer of data stored in the memory. The memory controller controls transfer operation of the DMA controller, to transfer data stored in a storage section to the memory, or to store the data in the memory on the storage section. The arithmetic processing section executes error correction of data transferred by the DMA controller. The control integration section issues an instruction to the memory controller to start data transfer, and executes transfer completion processing.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
