PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform primary injection for molding first and second members 2, 3 using first to third injection devices 8, 9, 10, and secondary injection for integrating the first and second members 2, 3, simultaneously and continuously, while molding the first and second members 2, 3 with different materials.SOLUTION: Second and third molding machines 6, 7 for injection molding a second member 3 and injecting for integrating the first and second members 2, 3, are disposed on left and right parts of a first molding machine 5 for injection molding the first member 2. A mold is rotated and slid to these molding machines, a combination of mold closing of molds is changed, thereby molding of the first and second members, and integration of the first and second members can be performed continuously and simultaneously.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4 |
