PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exterior material for a power storage device, capable of ensuring excellent formability and preventing the generation of curl.SOLUTION: An exterior material for a power storage device 1 according to the present invention, includes: a heat-resistant resin layer 2 as an outer layer; a thermoplastic resin layer 3 as an inner layer; and a metal foil layer 4 disposed between both layers. A resin coat layer 7 is laminated to an outer surface side of the heat-resistant resin layer 2, and the resin coat layer 7 is structured so as to include a resin and a filler.
