Provided is a device pressing the secondary battery when an electrolyte is injected into a pouch type secondary battery. The secondary battery pressing device includes: a pressing part which comprises a pair of units, and is configured to be able to adjust a distance between the pair of the units; a height measurement part measuring a height of the electrolyte injected into the secondary battery; and a control part which determines pressing force of the pressing part by receiving data measured by the height measurement part. The objective of the present invention is to provide a secondary battery pressing device and an electrolyte injection device including the same which can inject the electrolyte without discharging the electrolyte in a wetting process of the secondary battery.
