PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decorative sheet with sufficient spatial effect and woven fabric texture.SOLUTION: A method for production of woven fabric-like decorative sheet includes holding a cloth or a resin-impregnated cloth which is impregnated with the resin liquid including a thermosetting resin as a main component between the resin-impregnated overlay sheets which are impregnated with the same resin liquid as above, laminating together with a core material, and carrying out a hot press molding process. A melamine resin is used for the thermosetting resin, and a phenol resin- or melamine resin-impregnated sheet is used as the core material. In the above-mentioned holding of the cloth, two resin-impregnated overlay sheets are arranged to either surface or back face, and a base sheet having a basis weight of 18-40 g/mand 260 to 320% of an impregnation rate represented by the following expression is used for the overlay sheet: impregnation rate (%)=(weight after impregnation)-(weight before impregnation)/(weight before impregnation)×100.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
