A container manufacturing device (1) has: a preform manufacturing unit (10) for molding a thermoplastic resin in a molding die (11) and manufacturing a preform (P), the preform manufacturing unit (10) being provided with a molding die (11) and a feeder (12) for supplying the molten thermoplastic resin into a cavity of the molding die (11); and a blow molding unit (20) for performing liquid blow molding of the preform (P) into a container (C) having a predetermined shape, the blow molding unit (20) being provided with a conveyer (30) for conveying the manufactured preform (P), and a pressurized-liquid feeder (22) for supplying a pressurized liquid to a blow molding die (21) and the preform (P) conveyed by the conveyer (30) and placed in a cavity (21a) of the blow molding die (21); and the container manufacturing device (1) is configured so that the preform (P) is conveyed while still hot to the cavity (21a) of the blow molding die (21) by the conveyer (20) and subjected to liquid blow molding.
