PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a filament winding apparatus capable of suppressing positional deviation occurring at a position of a thread to be wound when winding the thread around the outer peripheral surface of a mandrel to manufacture a cylindrical net body.SOLUTION: An annular projection group 50 is provided in an outer peripheral portion of a mandrel 1, and a plurality of nozzles 43 projected inward are provided in an inner peripheral portion of a head 42 and are juxtaposed in a circumferential direction Y. When a thread F2 is wound around the mandrel 1 and when the nozzles 43 and 43... of the head 42 and the projections 51 and 51... of the annular projection group 50 have a same position in an axial direction X, thread outlets 43a and 43a... at tips of the nozzles 43 and 43... face recessed parts 52 and 52... having a space between two projections 51 and 51 adjacent to each other in the circumferential direction Y one-on-one.
