PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oil mist collection device capable of extending a maintenance interval of a filter and maintaining operation time over a long period on the assumption of the device separating and collecting water soluble and water insoluble oil mist contained in air using the filter.SOLUTION: An oil mist collection device 1 takes air into a duct 3 by a blower 4 and separates and collects water soluble and water insoluble oil mist contained in air. The oil mist collection device 1 includes a filter 2 provided in the duct 3, and a liquid film generation nozzle 5 which is provided in the duct 3 and injects enzyme liquid toward the filter 2 to form a liquid film of the enzyme liquid which collects oil mist in air in the filter 2 and makes the oil mist soluble in water. |
