摘要 The invention relates to power engineering, a wind power sailing station (WPS) is an installation for converting wind energy substantially into electric energy. The technical result is aimed at using of the big area of a wind for producing the electric power. Wind power sailing station comprises a frame - support with mounted on it external and internal indefinitely closed traction-carrying contours. WPS contains three or more rectangular sails. Each sail is fixed by one yard to two traction elements of opposite guides of an external contour, and the second yard is fixed to two traction elements of opposite guides of an internal contour. The yards, fixed on traction elements of an external contour, are placed with identical step. The internal closed contour in horizontal measurement approximately on 10 %, and in vertical measurement on 70%-90 % is less than an external contour. The horizontal working way of a sail to two and more times exceeds in height (size) of the open sail. If speed of a wind on an input in WPS is equal 10 m/sec, on an output the speed of a wind is 2 m/sec. That is 80 % of a wind will be transformed to an electric power. Predicted efficiency will be approximately 80 %. One sailing mproduces 2-3 kW of electric power. WPS-3 is a self-wind-oriented structure and comprises a casing or lateral boards – walls. The basis of a platform (in a place of an input of a wind stream) is rigidly fixed on an axis adapted to turn around of this axis on 360 degrees. The opposite side of a platform (in a place of an output of a wind stream) is put on wheels. WPS produces the electric power at low price. WPS installation and service is easier and cheaper than for blade wind-driven generators. WPS is also used as a wind engine for transport means, e.g. yacht with a self-orienting platform mounted thereon using wind at any direction not reducing the speed even that it moves strictly upwind.
