PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multistage anchor capable of certainly maintaining a role of an anchor without crushing an anchorage ground when stress is applied. SOLUTION: An installing position of each of anchoring bodies 5 is set at a proximate position to each other so that compression stressΣc on a front surface of one of the anchoring bodies 5 can be set off with tensile stressΣt on a rear surface of the other anchoring body 5 so as to set off the compression stressΣc to be generated on the front surface of each of the anchoring bodies 5 with the tensile stressΣt to be generated on the rear surface of each of the anchoring bodies 5 on a multistage anchor 1. Thereafter, each of the anchoring bodies 5 of the multistage anchor 1 reduces the compression stressΣc to be applied on the anchorage ground (consolidated body 2 in drilled hole 3) down to size for about one piece of the anchoring bodies 5 by setting off the compression stressΣc to be generated on the front surface of each of the anchoring bodies 5 which is stress related to crushing of the anchorage ground (consolidated body 2 in drilled hole 3) with the tensile stressΣt to be generated on the rear surface of each of the anchoring bodies 5.
