PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To develop already distributed photographic paper with easy processing without leaving it as it is for a long time by starting carrying by a parallel carrying part in timing set based on control information obtained by performing detecting action to the set photographic paper. SOLUTION: This device has set information (information detected by array sensors AS, BS and CS) for discriminating that the photographic paper is set on a parallel carrying mechanism LC and timer information to give a value for a timer which starts time measurement at the time of discriminating that the photographic paper is set based on the set information as the control information obtained by performing the detecting action to the photographic paper set in the mechanism LC by a distributing unit SC, and the carrying by the mechanism LC is started in timing set based on the control information. Thus, the exposed photographic paper already distributed is prevented from being left as it is for long time and fed to a developing processing part D and developed.
