<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pipe fitting made of metal-reinforced resin, which pipe fitting can stably prevent its falling-off in the case of connecting it. <P>SOLUTION: The pipe fitting is composed of a fitting body 11 which is configured so as to receive and connect a metal-reinforced resin pipe 19 therein, a falling-off preventing member 35 for preventing the falling-off of the metal-reinforced resin pipe 19 which is inserted into the fitting body 11 from the fitting body 11, and a push ring 30 for fixing the fitting body 11 and the falling-off preventing member 35. The metal-reinforced resin pipe 19 is configured such that a metal layer 19c is sandwiched between an inside resin layer 19a and an outside resin layer 19b.
