The invention relates to a device which is used to hold in place a repositionable element that is subjected to loads from a force, e.g. a weight, and, more specifically, a fluid, e.g. a moving liquid or a gas. The inventive device is designed such that, when a force exerts a pressure on the element, at least one elastic mounting means (14, 15, 16, 17) is compressed and at least one elastic mounting means (14, 15, 16, 17) is extended, thus maintaining the element solidly connected to the movement device on the support.
