PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conveying device capable of stably performing conveying of a work and forming a passage where a worker, a truck, or the like can pass between a conveying conveyor and a receiving conveyor. SOLUTION: The conveying device 1 has the conveying conveyor 2 for conveying the work 8 from a receiving part 21 toward a transfer part 22; and the receiving conveyor for receiving the work 8 from the conveying conveyor 2. The conveying conveyor 2 forms a passage space between the receiving conveyor and it when positioned at an original position and transfers the work to the receiving conveyor when rotated to a rotation position. The conveying conveyor 2 moves the work 8 from the receiving part 21 to the transfer part 22 on the conveying conveyor 2 utilizing dead weight of the work 8. When the work 8 is transferred to the receiving conveyor, it is urged by force P from an urging means 4 and is rotated/returned from the rotation position to the original position.
