PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem wherein a consumer wants to start making at home without failure bean paste, pickled plum, fruit wine or the like which needs the making once a year in many cases, and he/she looses confidence in a recipe which must be simple at the moment, thereby causing him/her to buy materials too much or to be late for season.
