PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To set posts easily in a working condition and to retract the posts when an article transporting storing apparatus is not used, in the article transporting storing apparatus which keeps a plurality of the posts attached on an article mounting platform. SOLUTION: Post units 3, 3A are fixed which have two pieces of the posts 6, 106; 6A, 106A, respectively, and these two posts coupled by back plates 7, 7A in an upright condition on the article mounting platform 2 against this article mounting platform 2.
