PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tank semi-trailer, and a tank semi-trailer type road-train capable of ensuring the strength of a tank to withstand the high pressure, suppressing an increase of the height position of the center of gravity, and increasing the tank filling amount. SOLUTION: A large diameter part 10 having the diameter larger than the diameter of a first small diameter part 8 and a second small diameter part 9 is provided between the first small diameter part 8 and the second small diameter part 9 of a tank 2. Since the large diameter part 10 is concentrically arranged with the first small diameter part 8 and the second small diameter part 9, the tank filling amount can be increased while suppressing an increase of the position G of the center of gravity if a tank semi-trailer or a tank semi-trailer type road-train is trailed by a trailing vehicle. Further, the large diameter part 10 is concentrically arranged with the first small diameter part and the second small diameter part 9, the stress concentration on a wall surface caused by the pressure is suppressed and the strength of the tank to withstand the high pressure can be ensured even when the stuff such as high-pressure gas is filled in the tank in a high-pressure state.
